Just got the call from coach Jay Hickey, RCP Legion picked up two zone wins in today's doubleheader against Hartford in Cromwell. Full story on its way, but for now...
Game 1:
RCP 6, Hartford 0: RCP's Dan Bouchard pitched six innings, had eight K's, scattered four hits.
Game 2:
RCP 7, Hartford 1: RCP's Corey Armstrong pitched a complete game, also gave up four hits, seven strikeouts. Hartford had four errors in the game, gave up five walks.
